A respected building services contractor with a strong London presence is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to join their team. T

You'll be joining a business that offers:

The Role

As Mechanical Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day mechanical installation works on a new-build performance venue, which forms part of a wider multi-acre campus transformation. The broader scheme incorporates leisure, entertainment and commercial elements, providing outstanding long-term project exposure.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing mechanical installations on site from early stages through to completion

  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors and daily site activities

  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements

  • Working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager, Electrical teams and overall Project Lead

  • Monitoring quality, compliance and progress, addressing issues proactively

  • Representing the contractor during site meetings with the client, consultants and main contractor

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on major London projects

  • Solid understanding of mechanical building services installations

  • Ability to manage subcontractor teams and maintain a well-organised site

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
