Your mission as a Teaching Assistant is to be the frontline support that gives every student 'every opportunity to achieve'. You will work closely with students in small groups, focusing on their individual needs, interests, and passions.
Your Daily Impact Will Include:-
Mentorship: Act as a consistent, positive role model, guiding students through their academic and social development.

Tailored Coaching: Implement customised strategies for positive behaviour management and emotional regulation, ensuring a safe and supportive learning space.

Learning Facilitation: Help deliver a personalised curriculum, making learning accessible and engaging for students with specific sensory and communication needs.
