We are looking for a School Administrator to work in our busy office on our Lower Redland Road Infant Site, either Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday.
The work includes:
• Being the first port of call for all enquiries, communicating and operating in a professional manner with parents/carers, visitors and staff.
• Having an organised and efficient approach to the running of the office, in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the school.
• Communicating clearly and appropriately with young children.
• Proficiently using a PC, including Office, email and google drive, for such things as entering data into spreadsheets, writing letters, sending emails, keeping the school calendar up to date and prompt retrieval of information.
• Using school specific systems for management of information, communication and running information reports.
• Provide services to receive and pass on to the appropriate person all enquiries from visitors and incoming telephone calls using appropriate communication skills for a satisfactory resolution.
• Provide appropriate support to all colleagues in day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school for all.
• Having a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong initiative for the variety of situations each day may bring.
