The roleStoke Bishop Church of England Primary School in Bristol is seeking to appoint a cleaner, willing to work as part of our friendly and diligent cleaning team. The role will involve ensuring that our children and staff have a clean and safe environment to learn and work in.The jobholder, under the direction of the Site Manager, is required to carry out cleaning tasks at the school, as part of a small team. Experience of cleaning schools is desirable but is not essential and full training will be given. A willingness to work flexibly to prioritise changing needs in a school environment is essential. We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. Salary and working arrangementsWorking hours are 15 hours per week, to be worked between 3.30 - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, all year round. There are 24 days holiday per annum to be taken in the school holidays (rising to 29 days after 5 years’ service).The salary is £12.65 per hour. This equates to an actual salary of £9,897 per annum.Start date: January 2026What we can offer:
