Crynodeb
To support the Lead Healthcare Scientist in the deliver of quality, governance and safety standards across Audiology and Cardio-Respiratory Services. To manage and be accountable for the IQIPS accreditation processes throughout the Physiological Science departments, working collaboratively with all staff and lead the relevant teams to ensure that accreditation is successfully maintained. To support all staff in the clinical service unit to ensure high quality audits and governance processes. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate the Trust values
