Crynodeb
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational line management of the team. To plan, coordinate and evaluate the services and ensure they are safe, efficient and effective with regards to patient management and use of staff time. To facilitate development of the integrated team and individual staff members to promote job satisfaction, performance and an ability to manage change. To actively perform absence management, ensure absence reporting is undertaken in a timely manner, as per the Trusts Policy, working closely with HR. To deputise for the Integrated Service Lead as required. To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and statutory / non-statutory agencies to provide a seamless, integrated service to our service users. To adapt communication style to meet needs of patients, staff and colleagues, using tact, diplomacy and sensitivity including overcoming community barriers To develop and maintain strong, transparent working relationships with key stake holders To monitor and manage the team budget To propose and implement departmental policy changes for the management of patients referred to the service, networking with other specialist practitioners To represent the service and NCH&C at strategic meetings with partner organisations as requested To manage the Community Access Team caseload
