Occupational Therapists play a key role in shaping and developing the service provided and so there will be opportunities to develop the role and service in a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary team and the acute settings. There are opportunities to be involved in quality improvement projects co led with services users to help improve the needs of the population we serve. We recognise the need for development and career progression, so we offer internal and external training courses for clinical development.
