Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (3pm finish on Fridays)
Holidays: 26 days (including your birthday off) + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Job duties as the E-Commerce Specialist:
Your focus is to grow online sales and improve the customer journey across all consumer e-commerce channels.
The duties include:
Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce sites
Improving user journeys, analysing drop-outs and increasing conversion
Keeping product listings, content and on-site merchandising up to date
Collaborating with the digital team
Supporting new product launches across all online channels
Using analytics to spot opportunities, test ideas and show measurable results
Skills and experience required for the E-Commerce Specialist position:
Minimum 2 years+ previous experience of managing an e-commerce website
Confidence using data to make commercial decisions
Experience improving customer journeys and conversion
