Job Title: Skilled Production Operative
Location: Sterte Avenue, Poole, Dorset BH15 2AS
Working Hours: 3 on 3 off, 06:00am - 18:00pm (Average of 38.5 hours per week)
Pay: £13.67 per hour
Reporting To: Line Leader / Group Leader

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepping batches of ingredients
* Mincing the frozen meat
* Mixing meat, ingredients and seasoning using the bowl chopper
* Stoke taking
What We’re Looking For
* Good numeracy and literacy
* Food hygiene certificate Level 2
* Manual Handling techniques and safety knowledge
* GMP / Line and traceability audits
* Compliance with quality standards and paperwork
* Productivity and Downtime
