Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can bring warmth, joy, and connection to others —especially during the festive season and beyond? We're looking for friendly, confident, and upbeat Female Support Workers in Stockport to join our well-established team and support three wonderful young ladies in their 20s.
These ladies love having lively people around them — someone who can bring good energy, but with a calm, reassuring personality. They enjoy getting out and about, especially for:
- Swimming
- Pub meals
- Parties at home
- Discos in the community
- Baking and cooking
- Theatre and drama activities
- Trips to farms and petting zoos
- Enjoying day centres and social events
Family is incredibly important to the people we support, so you'll need to feel confident communicating with relatives and working well alongside them.
All three ladies have learning disabilities and autism, and although they are lots of fun to support, they may sometimes express behaviours of distress and need someone patient and understanding to help them communicate their wishes. Your role is all about ensuring their voices are heard and they can live the lives they choose.
You'll be joining a friendly, experienced, and supportive team who truly love what they do—and who are excited to welcome someone new this season.
If you're caring, confident, and ready to bring some extra sparkle to someone's life this Christmas and beyond, we'd love to hear from you!
