About the Role - Skilled Engineer
Join us as a Skilled Engineer at our Weymouth depot and we'll take your engineering skills to the next level. We'll provide your overalls and all the tools and equipment needed to succeed in your role.
-Vehicle fault diagnostics, vehicle safety inspections, breakdowns, servicing and repairs in accordance with First Bus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures
-To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
-To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures
-Maintain and develop technical skills as required
Location: Weymouth
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 on a rotation of early and late shifts
Pay: £16.76 p/h £33,989 p/a - with a shift payment of £14.53 per day over 5 days equalling around a possible additional £3000 per year
About You
-A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2)
-Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment
-A flexible approach to working hours
-A full driving licence is essential, a PCV license would be beneficial
