South Wonston Primary School has recently opened its brand-new nursery provision, and we are looking for a passionate, caring, and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Early Years team (Working Monday and Wednesday 8:30-3 and Tuesdays 8:30-6pm. Our school is a warm and inclusive community, built on the values of nurture, challenge, inspire, and achieve.

We believe in the power of play, exploration, and connection to give our youngest learners the very best start. If you are someone who brings creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm to early education (and is excited about shaping a new setting) we would love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification


Experience of working in a nursery or early years setting


A calm, nurturing approach and a good sense of humour


A positive attitude that aligns with our values


Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families and staff


Confidence in supporting children’s development across the EYFS


A proactive, flexible, and professional team player


Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
