Part-Time / Flexible Hours -
Claire’s Kitchen is growing at The Courtyards, and we are looking for a warm, friendly, and hard-working Café Assistant to join our small and supportive team.

About the Role
As a Café Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the café, including:
Serving customers with a friendly and professional approach
Preparing drinks and light food items
Assisting with basic kitchen duties plating, prepping and general kitchen support
Keeping the café clean, tidy and well-presented
Operating the till/EPOS system (training provided)
Helping with stock rotation, displays, and open/close procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, polite and customer-focused
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Hard-working with a positive attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced but supportive environment
Flexible and happy to help wherever needed
Preferred Experience (Not Essential):
Previous experience working in a café environment
Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to complete it)
Barista training or confidence with making hot drinks – a distinct advantage
Hours & Pay
Shifts available Wednesday– Saturday 9am-1430 Sunday 10am -13:00
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Location: Claire’s Kitchen @ The Courtyards
