About the Role
The role requires working closely with clients, end users and other stakeholders to understand their workspace needs and translating project briefs into clear specifications, before presenting fully-costed furniture and equipment solutions drawn from ESPO’s product portfolio and frameworks.
The post manages the entire project lifecycle—from initial enquiry and procurement through delivery, on-site installation, supervision of goods receipt, and final invoicing. Throughout, the role coordinates with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- Manage multiple F&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to understand requirements and define project scope as well as manage project timelines, budgets, and risks
- Undergo UK travel for client meetings as well as attendance at various exhibitions and events to promote the services of the F&E Projects team and the wider ESPO offer
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and snagging activities on-site. These tasks may require overnight stays
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to self- motivate and manage your own time
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work whilst still managing multiple tasks and prioritising under pressure
- Problem-solving and collaborative mindset with a practical, can-do attitude
