As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll support students to engage positively in lessons, make good behaviour choices and overcome barriers to learning. The role suits someone with experience in pastoral, youth work, teaching assistant, learning mentor, or sport-based mentoring settings, and is also ideal for a motivated graduate looking to build a career in education.
