As an SEN Learning Mentor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide personalised support and guidance. Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans

- Participating in relevant training and professional development opportunities
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of diverse learning needs and strategies to support them
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
