Part Time - 20/ 30hrs - Administration Assistant - Snapdragons Cribbs Causeway
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Cribbs Causeway nursery. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth administrative processes, ensuring compliance with nursery policies and regulatory requirements, and providing a warm, professional point of contact for families, visitors, and staff.
Day to Day:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and external agencies, in person, by phone, and via email
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including attendance registers, staff rotas, and children’s files
Assist and help the occupancy team with new joiners
Support the Nursery accounts team with funding and billing
Ensure confidential information is handled in accordance with data protection regulations (GDPR)
Contribute to the general upkeep of administrative areas, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
Support the Nursery practitioners with administrative details
Requirements for the role:
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and managing databases
An enhanced DBS subscribed to the update or willingness to apply.
Understanding of GDPR
Childcare experience (Desirable)
A willingness to undertake relevant further training as and when required
