We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 2 Class Teacher who will:Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum, ensuring strong progress in reading, writing, and maths.
Prepare pupils for end-of-Key-Stage assessments in a supportive, stress-free environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, assess, and moderate pupil work.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Uphold safeguarding and behaviour standards in line with KCSIE.

The ideal candidate will be/have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1 (Year 2 preferred).
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and KS1 assessment requirements.
Excellent classroom management and high expectations for all learners.
A reflective practitioner with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
