Are you ready to take ownership of a thriving business hub? We're seeking a Centre Manager to join our client's growing team and help shape the next chapter of their success story. You'll be the heartbeat of the operations-ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the centre, supporting valued clients, and driving initiatives that keep the space vibrant and productive. If you're a confident communicator with a knack for problem-solving and project coordination, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Experience: Be the go-to person for the clients, ensuring they have everything they need to thrive.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage reception services, coordinate internal office moves, and oversee building maintenance schedules.
  • Supplier & Contractor Management: Maintain strong relationships with service providers and monitor renewals for insurance, utilities, and cleaning.
  • Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and assist with accounting processes using Sage 50.
  • Compliance: Work with Health & Safety officers to ensure all regulations and fire safety standards are met.
  • Space Marketing: Promote available offices through advertising, social media, and partnerships with agents. Arrange viewings and negotiate agreements.
  • Digital Presence: Keep our online platforms fresh and engaging, working with contractors where needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, Google Docs; Sage 50 experience is a bonus
  • Previous experience in facilities, operations, or service-based roles is helpful-but attitude and adaptability matter most.
  • Candidates must have the full right to work in the UK already in place.
