Personal Assistant Needed – HU5 Area (15–20 hrs/week)

I am looking for a kind and reliable Personal Assistant to support me with my mental and physical health, help me maintain my employment, assist with child-related routines, support me socially, and help me keep my home clean and organised. The role may also include occasional personal physical assistance when needed.

Duties:
• Emotional and mental health support
• Light physical assistance
• Occasional personal physical assistance when required
• Support with daily routines and staying organised
• Support with employment-related tasks
• Assistance with child-related routines
• Support with social activities and confidence in the community
• General household tasks to maintain a clean, safe home

Requirements:
• Patient, trustworthy, and non-judgemental
• Driver preferred to support me with appointments, milage will be met by employer
• Understanding of mental health is helpful — training can be provided
• Respectful of confidentiality

Details:
• Flexible role — hours can change weekly
• Hours planned together weekly to meet both of our needs
• Pay to be discussed
