Social Care & Education is recruiting Support Workers for our supported living service in Long Eaton. We support adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently and lead fulfilling lives.
The Role
You’ll provide person-centred support with daily living, personal care, medication, and community activities, while encouraging independence and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in supported living or similar care settings
Confidence supporting adults with autism and challenging behaviour
Experience administering medication
A caring, proactive approach
