What You’ll Need
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Registered Manager in an elderly residential setting.
- A proven track record with CQC, achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of dementia care, person-centred approaches and safeguarding.
