Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property surveys and inspections to identify defects, disrepair, and compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
- Advise on building maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and building regulations.
- Liaise with contractors, residents, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Manage budgets and monitor project progress where required.
