Location: North Yorkshire/York: Office based (Askham Bryan) with travel in North Yorkshire as required
Hours: 28 per week
Salary: NJC Scale 20 £32,597 FTE (Pro Rata 28 hrs per week)

Are you an organised, proactive manager with a passion for supporting communities? Join Community First Yorkshire as our Support Manager and help strengthen the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector across North Yorkshire.

In this role, you’ll:
✅ Lead a small, dedicated support team
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and manage frontline enquiries
✅ Oversee office operations, data systems, and project administration
✅ Represent us at events and build strong relationships with partners.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong administrative and digital skills

Enjoys managing people and processes

Can work flexibly and adapt to a varied workload

Shares our commitment to supporting the VCSE sector.
