Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm (½ hour lunch)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join a small, friendly, and supportive team based at their new office in Hams Hall. We are exclusively working with this client, and the role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a varied workload, isn’t shy of picking up the phone, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service.
You’ll be supporting major accounts and working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader and senior leadership to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional responses at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver first-class customer service to key clients, handling all enquiries with professionalism and care.
Confidently manage both incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining a positive and customer-focused manner.
Work collaboratively within a small team to ensure smooth customer communication and service delivery.
Update and maintain internal systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Process customer orders, requests, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment while upholding service excellence.
Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement within the team.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role.
Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and clear in writing.
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel; ERP experience is highly beneficial.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and customer care.
