Summary
Here at Windsor Court Care home, we are looking for a domestic cleaner to join our team on a bank hours basis.
Job requirements also include:
· To ensure confidentiality at all times.
· To be aware of the rota and perform the duties outlined. A failure to complete daily tasks / duties should be brought to the attention of the Head Housekeeper or the person in charge in order that appropriate measures can be put in place.
· To ensure you are fully conversant with the equipment needed to fulfil your role and any maintenance requirements. In all cases you should not attempt to use equipment unless you have been shown how to use such equipment and feel confident in doing so. If you do not understand any of your duties / tasks you should speak to the Head Housekeeper.
· To demonstrate an open and honest, approachable and friendly attitude.
· To demonstrate a caring and compassionate nature.
· To accurately follow instructions in a timely manner.
· Ideally to have had experience within the care industry.
· To be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
· To be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.
· To have the ability to work as part of a team.
· To have a can do attitude.
· To possess a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
· To be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
· To be highly motivated to deliver the highest standards of health and social care.
· To demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
· To demonstrate a flexible attitude towards working hours.
