Qualifications
Proven experience in nursing home settings is preferred.
Strong understanding of dementia and care principles.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving residents as needed.
