- Design, implement, and lead robust assurance processes to monitor supplier compliance with the delivery of training and guidance materials.
- Maintain strong and proactive relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Clinical Governance Lead and Education Lead, to ensure alignment of training delivery with clinical and editorial standards.
- Improving the quality of health assessments through better-trained professionals.
- Work independently and collaboratively with external stakeholders, including education leads and clinical directors, to lead a structured programme of engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Contract Management Performance Delivery (CMPD) and Clinical Governance Leads to ensure suppliers meet their contractual obligations regarding the delivery of training and guidance.

- Develop and apply clear, evidence-based criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery by suppliers.
