Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and high-performing Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from nurturing leads to closing deals.
Unlike many sales roles, this position offers a stable fixed salary without the volatility of a commission-only structure. Instead, we reward excellence through a structured performance review process every 6 months, offering clear opportunities for salary progression based on your results.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Lead Closing
• Take full ownership of the sales pipeline by converting inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and demonstrate how our solution adds value.
• Close deals: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and finalize contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

2. Strategic Communication
• Maintain active, high-quality communication with prospects via phone, video calls, and email.
• Build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers through a consultative sales approach.

3. Technology and CRM Management
• Maintain impeccable hygiene within HubSpot CRM by ensuring all activities, deals, and contacts are logged accurately.
• Utilize data from the CRM to forecast sales and identify pipeline gaps.

4. Modern Sales Tactics
• Leverage AI tools: Use AI-driven software to personalize outreach, draft proposals, and research prospects efficiently to save time and increase output.

• Social Selling: Actively use LinkedIn and other social platforms to build a personal brand, network with prospects, and generate organic leads.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience within the UK market in a similar role. Applicants without specific UK market experience will not be considered.
• Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory.
• Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance sales productivity and workflows.
Skills and Attributes
• Closer Mentality: You possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to ask for the sale.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Social Media Literacy: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or social selling techniques to hunt for business.
