Assistant Parts Manager required for Automotive Commercial Vehicle Dealership, located in Cardiff.
The salary on offer for this Assistant Parts Manager is £38,000.
Benefits:
- Starting salary up to £38,000 per annum, including Saturday morning overtime.

Specification:
- A previous working experience within Parts, at a supervisory/senior level.
- Assist with managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with 1-in-3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 1:00pm; however, the weekend hours are negotiable.
