As an MOT Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service to customers.

Duties of the MOT Supervisor:
- Maintain full, continuous compliance of the MOT station in line with DVSA regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes and deliver training support to all MOT team members.
- Conduct comprehensive audits across MOT locations.
- Complete daily MOT tests as scheduled in the work diary.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly professional manner and exceptional efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Must be experienced working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- A current MOT licence is essential.
Requirements for MOT Supervisor:
- Recognised MOT Tester qualification
- Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Strong understanding of MOT testing regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication skills
