Our Client is an Independent Dealership with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team based in Aylesbury.
Benefits:
- £14 Per Hour / £30,576 Salary
- Monday To Friday 8.30am - 6pm (1 Hour Lunch)
- 1 Saturday Morning In 3 (8am - 12.30pm)
- Family Run Independent Garage Environment
- Automotive Administration Experience Required
- General Administrative Duties, Also Dealing With Customers, Bookings, Invoices, Ordering Parts, Front Desk Based
Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties
- Welcome Customers to the Branch.
- Maintain customer waiting area.
- Ordering parts and bookings
- Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
- support MOT and service scheduling
- Updating customers with vehicle progress, monitoring all customer interactions to ensure all administration for transactions and customers is completed to the highest level.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an automotive administration role would be preferred
- Full UK Driving License
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a job share team
- Trade knowledge and strong administrative skills
- Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
