Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in leading a small team responsible for delivering high- quality Copy Shop services, including digital print finishing and photocopying, in support of the Council’s operations and provide key operator duties for all MFDs along with supplying all the stationery stores and pick up points with the required items.
Requirements
Supervise and deliver a Copy Shop Service which provides corporate digital printing, on-line finishing and photocopying service.
Provide a print finish service using the industrial and office equipment based in the unit.
Provide a mailing service for all departments within the Council.
Maintain and support the Council’s high volume and “convenience” MFDs within Headquarters Elgin and the surrounding satellite offices.
Oversee the delivery of printed materials and stationery distribution throughout the Council.
Assist the Mailroom and Copy Shop Team Leader in day to day operations across the Mailroom and Copy shop.

Ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience in the use of Print Finishing Equipment within a commercial environment.
4 SQA Standard Grades or equivalent (at level 3 or above) including English and maths/arithmetic.
Ability to use own initiative to plan work load within fixed deadlines.
High level of accuracy in work.
Effective organisational skills including time management.
Ability to meet given deadlines.
Ability to manage own workload and delegate to others.
Strong customer care skills and focus.
Self-confident and Self-motivated.
Ability to focus concentration when setting up a print runs.
Ability to work on more than one job at a time with deadlines.
