Early Years Officer

Rannoch ELC Centre

An opportunity has arisen for two Early Years Officer to join the team at Rannoch ELC Centre on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.

You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors.

You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families. You will have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures.

With recent, relevant experience of working with children, you will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. You must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.

Post 1

The post is full time (37 hours, term time) and is temporary from February to December 2026

Post 2

The post is part time (18.5 hours working every Monday and Tuesday and alternate Wednesday) and is temporary from February to December 2026.
