What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A solid understanding of EYFS and child development.
- Confident communication and the ability to support/lead others.
- A genuine passion for play-based, child-led learning.
What You’ll Do
- Lead your room, creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
- Support children’s development through purposeful interactions, tailored activities and high-quality observations.
- Use both indoor and outdoor environments to deliver varied, enriching play opportunities.
- Guide and support your room team, modelling strong practice and positive communication.
- Maintain excellent relationships with families, ensuring clear, supportive daily communication.
- Uphold high standards of safety and wellbeing, ensuring every child feels valued and included.
