ROLE: Level 1 Teaching Assistant (1 to 1s)

HOURS:37 hours (Full Time)

SALARY:£23,390.10 pa (actual salary)

WEEKS PER YEAR:Term Time +1 Week

CONTRACT STATUS:Multiple Temporary Roles

CLOSING DATE:Tuesday 8th December 2025 (noon)

INTERVIEW DATE:Tuesday 15th December 2025

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff to provide support for pupils in the classroom. Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils’ learning and personal development.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation.
• Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
• Helping pupils develop independence and confidence.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Is committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with pupils and staff.
