Working hours: 40 hours per weekInterview Date: To be confirmedWe are looking for an organised, approachable and proactive administrator to join our growing team at The Salvation Army Glasgow WAYfinder South.Job Summary: In this varied role, you will be an important point of contact for both staff, management and clients. Your responsibilities will include:handling incoming calls and emailskeeping records and database up to datepreparing documentsproviding general administrative support to management and colleagues.You will also assist with maintaining office supplies and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:good communication skills,strong attention to detail confidence using Microsoft outlook, excel and word.a positive can-do attitudeability to manage your time effectively as you will often be balancing multiple tasks.Previous admin experience is an advantage but not essential - we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and develop within the role.
