PROCUREMENT LIAISON
LOCATION: DENMARK HILL, LONDON
SALARY: £32,000 - £35,000 PER ANNUM + UP TO 12% BONUS
CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT
Are you looking to kick-start your career in procurement while contributing to the success of healthcare support services? KFM, a
trusted partner to King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Procurement Liaison to join
our Corporate & Capital Procurement team.
The Role
As a Procurement Liaison, you will support a wide range of procurement activities, gaining hands-on experience in tendering,
supplier engagement, spend analysis, and the use of eProcurement systems. You will work closely with colleagues across KFM, KCH
and external suppliers, becoming an important link in delivering efficient, compliant procurement services.
You will also have opportunities to lead smaller procurement projects under supervision and develop your professional skills
through practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support including preparing procurement documents, maintaining records, managing inbox queries and
scheduling meetings.
* Conduct basic spend and market analysis, producing simple reports to support decision-making.
* Act as a first point of contact for eProcurement system queries, updating contract information and supporting workflows
(including Atamis).
* Assist with tender documents for larger projects and lead smaller procurements under supervision, ensuring compliance
throughout.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and NHS partners to support smooth procurement processes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: A-level qualifications or equivalent; aspiring to achieve a CIPS qualification.
* Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organised with a desire to learn and innovate.
