An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Team Member at our CiTi Hotel London Luton (LU1 2PA). This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the hotel running smoothly every day. Carry out day-to-day repairs, replacements and maintenance tasks across the hotel, keeping everything looking good and working well.

Undertake repairs to electrical and plumbing fixtures, fittings, décor and general appliances to ensure minimal disruption for guests and team members.

Log all completed and outstanding work on our online maintenance system.

Support contractors and suppliers while they are on site.

Complete all tasks to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

Conduct preventative maintenance as directed by the Hotel Manager, keeping clear and accurate records of any checks or tests.

Maintain a clean, organised workshop area and ensure tools, supplies and equipment are safely stored and managed.
