Retail Branch ManagerClacton40 hours per week over 5 daysMonday to Friday with Saturday on a rotaCompetitive salary plus pension and company benefitsWe have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, motivated and experienced Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy Brewers Decorator Centre in Clacton. Conveniently located on Clacton Tradepark, our Clacton store which opened in 2024 features a spectacular product range, including a comprehensive selection of designer paints and wallcoverings. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.With our range of paint tinting machines in store, we offer the widest range of options to our customers whether that be professional decorators or retail customers taking on a home décor project. In addition, our customers will also find a comprehensive range of wallcovering options as well as all the tools and materials needed to get the job done.Managing a team of three you will be responsible for managing, controlling and developing the overall business of the branch to achieve sales and profit targets.
