Level 2 requires L3 NVQ or equivalent qualification;
A flexible approach to working across KS2;
To support groups of children in the classroom;
When necessary, support the individual needs of an individual child;
A high level of communication skills with the ability to relate positively to children and adults;
The ability to work well in a large team;
A proven ability to work on their own initiative;
A sense of humour.
