Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and staff, maintaining confidentiality and providing clear information and reassurance as needed. Knowledge of digital systems is preferable as the service uses Cerner to record patient detail.Keep clinic areas clean and well-organised, replenish stock and equipment, and ensure a safe, hygienic, and efficient environment.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, support infection control and health and safety procedures, and promptly report any concerns related to patients or the environment.
