We’ve kept our outpatient dispensing in-house, meaning you’ll be at the heart of a service that directly impacts patients across a wide range of specialties. We’re looking for someone who canre-invent processes, energise the team, and deliver a pharmacy service that is professional, efficient, and compassionate.
• Lead and inspirea dedicated team of pharmacy assistants, technicians, and pharmacists across bothSt HelierandEpsomsites.
• Shape the futureof outpatient services by modernising systems, re‑inventing processes, and improving patient experience.
• Apply your hospital expertiseto navigate hospital prescribing, hospital‑only medicines, and formulary systems, ensuring safe and effective supply across all specialties.
• Bring commercial insightfrom community pharmacy experience (if you have it) to strengthen service delivery and patient care.
• Drive changewith proven managerial and transformation skills, re‑invigorating the service to meet evolving patient and Trust needs.
• Collaboratewith colleagues across clinics and specialties to ensure seamless, patient‑centred care.
• Champion professional standardsby delivering a pharmacy service that is compassionate, efficient, and aligned with NHS values.
Please note:This role is primarily based at our St Helier site, with one day each week spent at Epsom Hospital - giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact across both of our busy, dynamic locations.
