As part of our commitment to our industry, we deliver accredited CPD (Continuous Professional Development) presentations to architects and other professionals within construction, sharing the insights, research, and practical knowledge that shape safer, more sustainable, and more efficient balcony design.

We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday, 7.30 am – 4.30 pm. This is a hybrid role with at least three days per week in our Reading office.

The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Support Executive, you will help drive business growth by supporting our sales and marketing activity for our CPD programme.

Specifically, focusing on our CPD programme, you will follow up on marketing generated enquiries and undertake discovery calls to capture potential CPD customer details. You will then be able to provide high-quality, qualified leads to our Business Development Team.

You will respond to CPD requests, build and manage a target list and reach out to highly prized potential customers to identify CPD co-ordinators and book CPD sessions.

Additionally, you will:

- Issue CPD certificates following completed sessions
- Update CPD presentations and support the accreditation process
- Set up design meetings for qualified enquiries
- Pick up inbound enquiry calls to track new opportunities
- Support marketing events and attend CPDs or events when requested

About You

To be considered as a Sales & Marketing Support Executive, you will need:

- Understanding and experience of using LinkedIn
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent co-ordination skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach focused on delivering targets
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good IT skills, including MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
