What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
- Experience working with babies in a nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of EYFS, child development and safeguarding.
- Confident leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, nurturing and proactive approach.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the baby room, creating a warm, safe and responsive environment.
- Plan sensory-rich, nurturing activities tailored to each child’s development.
- Support and guide your team, modelling excellent practice every day.
- Build strong partnerships with families, sharing progress and daily updates.
- Oversee observations, routines and key person responsibilities.
- Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and wellbeing throughout the day.
