What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.

  • Experience working with babies in a nursery setting.

  • Strong understanding of EYFS, child development and safeguarding.

  • Confident leadership, communication and organisational skills.

  • A calm, nurturing and proactive approach.



What You’ll Do



  • Lead the baby room, creating a warm, safe and responsive environment.

  • Plan sensory-rich, nurturing activities tailored to each child’s development.

  • Support and guide your team, modelling excellent practice every day.

  • Build strong partnerships with families, sharing progress and daily updates.

  • Oversee observations, routines and key person responsibilities.

  • Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and wellbeing throughout the day.
