Our Customer Services Team currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor. Start your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.
You will liaise directly with customers, answering all Sales and Service enquiries. Prepare quotations for hospital services and contribute to business development, marketing and communication initiatives to promote the services of the hospital throughout the local community.
The opportunity
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital

Support the Medical Secretaries and Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.

Coordinate customer journeys, ensuring that customers have a good understanding of the defined customer journey expectations including identifying all hospital areas which have customer touch points to ensure shared knowledge and understanding

Supporting target setting for customer retention rate

Providing information required to enable other areas to respond to all customer enquiries to the defined quality and timeline standards

Collating information which effect or influence the customer experience

Introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required
The person
To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:

GCSE English and Math's or equivalent qualification
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
-
Good organisational skills
