Crynodeb
The post holder will y support the delivery of Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Calderdale. They will undertake highly skilled support work with people who have, respiratory disease, and complex multi pathology conditions including long covid. The work will involve assisting with the Pulmonary Rehabilitation groups face to face and virtual, contacting patients, and assisting with the office administration for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service and post covid service. You will also deliver one to one rehabilitation programmes to patients within their own homes The post holder will (in allocated time) act as a point of contact for all communication for the team, answering phones and organising diaries.
