Applications are invited for two permanent, full-time administrative positions within the North Wales Medical School. These roles play a vital part in supporting the successful delivery of our Medicine and Pharmacy programmes.
The role holder will provide essential administrative support across a range of areas, with a primary focus on assessments, including clinical practice examinations and written assessments. This is a varied role requiring flexibility to contribute to other areas of programme delivery as needed.
Key responsibilities include managing a range of administrative tasks to support operational and customer service needs. The North Wales Medical School is looking for highly organised individuals who can manage a varied and demanding workload.
Candidates should be educated to GCSE level or NVQ level II in a relevant subject, or demonstrate equivalent experience. Candidates should have excellent organisational and administrative skills and be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
The post will be located on campus at Bangor. Applications to carry out this role on a part-time or job share basis will be considered.
