As part of investment within community services, Manchester EIS have additional funding to expand, creating an exciting time to join the service. Opportunities have arisen for dynamic and compassionate Support Time and Recovery Workers (STR) to work within our EIS and EDIT teams across Manchester (North - Central Park; South and Central Teams - Chorlton House & EDIT Service -city wide).



Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.

• To establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with service users and their carers.
• To establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues within the Early Intervention Team.
• To work under the direct supervision of Registered Social Workers, Registered OT's and Registered Nurses.
• Develop plans to support recovery based on individual need.
• To contribute to MDT meetings.
• To promote and encourage independence and engagement within the local community.
• To support the duty function of the team, by calling or visiting people already under our care, and supporting with some clinical tasks, such as supporting the team manager with allocations
