Pay Rate:£12.21 per hour
Role Purpose:
To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the school premises, ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning classrooms, offices, toilets, and communal areas
Hoovering, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Sanitising high-touch areas to maintain hygiene
Ensuring cleaning materials and equipment are used safely
Adhering to all school health and safety procedures
Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the site manager
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and reliability
DBS may be required depending on school policy
